Disclaimers, Waivers, & Policies

Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events staff often takes photographs, film, and or video of attendees and or participants in our classes, events, and programs. These images may be used in City publications, various News Channels, Websites, Social Media Platform, Newspapers or other marketing materials. Please be advised that all participants involved in any in our programs, classes, events, are subject to being photographed, filmed, and videotaped. Such photographs, films, and videotaping’s may be used by Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events without any obligation to provide compensation to or obtain additional consent from those photographs, films, and or videotapes. By attending, participating, and or registering yourself, your children, staff, and or personnel for any of our classes, events, and programs, you agree to allow the use and publication of any photographs, films, and videotaping’s taken at our classes, events, programs, and or facilities.

Terms & Conditions

By entering the premises, attending, and or participating in an event by Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, you understand and are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

In consideration of my/our attendance, participation in the program(s), event(s), and or activities sponsored by Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events that I/we are participating in, I/we acknowledge:

§   Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events through its employees and/or contractors may photograph and/or take video at any Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events sponsored event, class, activity, and or program for use in promotional materials produced by Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events. By enrolling, registering, purchasing a ticket for entry for this event, class, activity, and or program, you expressly waive your right to consent to your image being used for these purposes and to waive any demand for any compensation for such use.

§   Members of the press may photograph and/or take video at Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events’ events, classes, programs, and or meetings and may use those images for commercial purposes.

§   Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, change locations of, or change instructors for any Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events sponsored event, class, and or program. In the event that the event, class, activity, and or program is cancelled for lack of enrollment, the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events will refund your payment in full.

§   In consideration of receiving permission to participate in this event, class, program, and or activity, the undersigned hereby releases, remises and forever discharges and agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, its agents, representatives, officers, and employees, of and from any and all liability claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs, demands, causes of action and possible causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury (including death) that may be sustained by the undersigned person or that may otherwise accrue to any of the undersigned's respective heirs, next of kin, or personal representatives (while in, on, in route to, from or out of said premises, while in connection with this activity) from any cause whatsoever, including negligence of the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, its agents, representatives, and employees.

§   I further agree to include Central Arizona College as an added party to this Release of Liability. In consideration of my/our child’s enrollment and participation in this program, class, event, and or activity, I/we hereby acknowledge and understand that each participant may engage in physical activity that involves

risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, which might result from their own actions, inactions or negligence or from other participants or from use of equipment provided or supplied and may require immediate medical treatment.

§   Knowing these facts, I/we, for myself, representatives, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I/my child, or any representative or anyone entitled to act on my behalf, my child’s behalf, or on behalf of my estate, may have against the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, its employees, officers, contractors, volunteers or representatives, for any and all damages, losses or injuries suffered in any activity, program, class, and or event sponsored by the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events.

§   I/we further covenant not sue or bring any action against Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, its employees, officers, contractors, volunteers or representatives, for any demands, losses, or damages on account of injury including death or damage to property. I/we furthermore indemnify and save harmless Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, its employees, officers, contractors, volunteers or representatives, for any and all loss, liability, expense, cost, claim for damage and damage to person or property that may arise out of or is any way connected with participation in this activity. This indemnification provision shall apply to any and all acts or commissions, willful misconduct or negligent conduct, whether active or passive, on the part of participant.

§   I/we have read the waiver and release terms contained herein, fully understand its terms including I/we are giving up substantial rights, including the right to compensation for injury resulting from negligence of the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events.

§   I/we further acknowledge we are agreeing to these terms freely and voluntarily, and intend the registration to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

§   An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any novel coronavirus (collectively, “Coronaviruses”) exists in any public place where the public is present. Coronaviruses are extremely contagious diseases. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions are at a higher risk for severe illness from Coronaviruses. Guests/Members/Attendees/Participants should evaluate their risk in determining whether to visit.

§   It is the responsibility of each individual to adhere to social distancing guidelines. The Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events has and will take reasonable measures to comply with the precautions recommended by the CDC, the State of Arizona, and the Pinal County Health Department in the opening and operation of the [service provided] during the current COVID19 crisis or any future coronavirus crisis. Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events shall not be liable for any act or omission by its managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, or someone serving in a similar capacity, including its principals, which potentially causes or caused the transmission of a Coronavirus to any of its members, unless such transmission is attributable to the willful misconduct or willful act that allows such transmission.

§   By using Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events facilities, services, classes, programs and or participating in any activities and or event(s), you acknowledge the inherent risks of coming to our event, class, program, activity and or facility during this time and knowingly assume the risk of your conduct.

Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events reserves the right to cancel any program, class, and or event due to insufficient enrollment and or registration. If a class, program, and or event is cancelled, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued within 45 business days of receipt. Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events also reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change event dates, locations, and or combine classes, change rooms or venues, and change instructors as needed.
