Maricopa’s Cajun Festival is more than just a date on the calendar — We are bringing Louisiana’s to the Desert. Maricopa’s Cajun Fest is an event where everyone is welcomed and is family-friendly. It will be a day full Cajun and Creole foods, kids’ activities, an array of music genres (Zydeco, Jazz, Blues, and Modern), and all around ragin’ Cajun fun!!! Savor the taste of Louisiana by sampling some signature dishes from jambalaya and etouffee to andouille sausage and crawfish. For those who prefer a tamer menu, we’ll serve ample portions of Southern Seafood and Southern BBQ. Don’t forget our festival foods like hot dogs, snow cones, and more!
