Welcome to the Maricopa’s Cajun Festival! We're excited to host you and your family for a fun-filled Cajun experience. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Tickets & Admission

The event is Free Entry.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ticket holders are responsible for all fees associated with purchasing the ticket(s), regardless if the fee is charged by Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events and or a third-party.

Ticket holders must comply with all government, state, and Central Arizona College rules, signage, and instructions from Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events staff and volunteers at all times.

Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events and Central Arizona college reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

2. Weather Policy

The event is held rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather, Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events may delay, reschedule, or cancel activities for safety reasons.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related closures or cancellations unless otherwise stated.

3. Health & Safety

By entering the event, you assume all risks related to exposure to allergens, bacteria, uneven terrain, wildlife, and natural conditions.

Farm animals may bite or kick—please interact responsibly and supervise children at all times.

Closed-toe shoes are recommended; guests enter at their own risk.

No outside food, alcohol, or coolers permitted.

4. Ride & Attraction Rules

Rides and game availability is subject to maintenance, weather, and staffing. Not all rides and games will operate at all times.

Height and age restrictions may apply for certain attractions.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children on all rides and activities.

5. Photography & Media

By entering Maricopa Cajun Festival, you grant permission for photographs and video footage of you and your party to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Guests may take personal photos; however, professional photography or videography requires prior written approval.

6. Property & Conduct

Please respect the Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events and Central Arizona grounds, animals, volunteers, and staff.

No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, or fireworks are allowed on the premises.

Guests are responsible for their belongings. Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events and Central Arizona is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is fully canceled by Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events.

If you are unable to attend, you are NOT subject to a refund and your ticket is NOT transferable.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending Maricopa’s Cajun Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm activities, including, but not limited to, walking on uneven terrain, contact with animals and insects, and participation in rides or events. Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during your visit.
